On May 18 the doors to the once bland office building at 337 East 400 South will open to the public. Lawyer Adam Price and artist Dessi Price started 337 Project when they decided to level the abandoned offices to make Salt Lake’s first LEED certified condominiums. Price said the project is the best idea he has never had. Stating that he and his wife saw a similar project during a trip to New York City. They invited 100 artists to do with what they please with every inch of the building, from the outside walls to the bathroom stalls in the building’s only working bathroom. Opening reception is May 18 from 6 p.m. to 11 p.m, and the building will be open to the public on May 19, 20, 25, 26, 27 and 28 from noon to 8 p.m.
