Free Organ Concert

As the opening event in the First Presbyterian Sesquicentennial celebrations we honor our strong musical tradition with an organ concert, featuring the organists from our neighboring churches who have participated in many ecumenical events over the years. Brian Mathias, a Tabernacle Organist on Temple Square and former student of Larry Blackburn, Gabrielle Terrone, our next door neighbor from the Cathedral of the Madeleine, Chris Whooten from the Cathedral Church of St. Mark, and former FPCSLC organist David Lines, now at First United Methodist, Riverside California will give us a retrospective look at the previous Bennett organ, and of course Larry will host and play the organ.
