Charlotte Bell

Charlotte Bell has written for Catalyst since 1998. A yoga and meditation teacher since 1986, she writes columns based on these principles, as well as branching out occasionally to write about diverse topics, from kitten rescue to music and art. She has published two books—Mindful Yoga, Mindful Life and Yoga for Meditators—with Rodmell Press. Her third book, Yoga for Healthy Hips, will be published by Shambhala Publications in 2018. Charlotte also edits Hugger Mugger Yoga Products’ blog and is editor for Yoga U Online. A lifelong musician, she plays oboe and English horn in the Salt Lake Symphony and in the folk sextet, Red Rock Rondo.
